So very sorry for your loss. I remember Stephanie's infectious laugh and carefree spirit. She was a good friend to Lauren at St. Charles and they created some great memories. I hope your family can find peace and strength during this very difficult time. Praying for you all.

She must be spending eternity in the arms of the Lord...she sounds like she was a daughter that all of us would cherish. God Bless all. I don't know any of you but certainly can imagine how difficult it is sending a child on this journey. May God soften the hurt and sorrow but keep strong the love knowing she influenced many people.

I am so sorry to read about your loss, it is always difficult to lose a loved one, but it is especially tragic to lose them so early in life. Please take comfort in knowing that death is only a temporary part of life. (John 5:28,29) Although your time with Stephanie was cut short, you can have the hope of being reunited with her forever, under perfect circumstances. (Revelation 21:4) In the meantime, even though the pain may at times seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure. (Psalm 94:17-19) Please accept my deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences.

Dear Catherine and Steve--With an incredibly heavy heart I offer my deepest and most sincere condolences. This is such an unbelievable and profound loss!!! You and your family are in the thoughts and prayers of our family. My heart aches for your loss. <3 I keep thinking about when I came to visit Stephanie (the summer before kindergarten) and how she greeted me at the door, dressed in her school uniform, so excited to join the ranks of her brothers and sisters as a student at St. Charles. I often talk about that visit-- an example of the joys of being a kindergarten teacher -- and how it tickled me. Though I don't know what I can possibly say in the face of this tragedy . . . know that my prayer is that you feel God's loving embrace in this extremely difficult time.
