My family and the Osemenams were close in the early seventies in Onitsha, Nigeria. We lived at 19 Patterson Street while the Osemenams lived at their family home at 18 Patterson. It was a close knit environment. As a 10 year old in 1971, I was close to Ben and Florence. We played together as kids and fetched water for our parents every evening from the Army quaters. Florence was a very humble and good-hearted girl. I haven't had contact with anyone of them since 1973, my God.
Something came upon me and i decided to google their surname, then this surprising development. I also observed that Rose, their beautiful sister, passed on a couple of years ago. Oh God may you grant Florence and Rose's souls eternal rest.
Ben, my name is Osy, your childhood friend. My sisters are Florence and Azuka. My senior brother, Obi, was a friend to your late senior brother VC. My brother Ben, i pray that God will continue giving you the strength to bear these losses.

Florence,
You fought so hard but sometimes GOD breaks our heart to take the best. We take solace that you are resting in a good place.You saw JESUS and you went home with him. May your kind and beautiful soul rest in peace. You have been set free and you are living in glory now. My family miss you so much. You will forever have a place in my heart.
