Richard J. Ruiz

Richard Jesse Ruiz, of Blaine, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was 78 years old.

Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lois; brother, Mark and wife Jan; parents, Benjamin and Jovita; brother-in-law, Tony.

He is survived by his sisters, Lucy Camarillo and Mary (Morris) Murphy; brother, Phillip Ruiz; grandchildren, nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22nd at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior, at 9:30 a.m. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
