Ray August Burns, of Northeast Minneapolis, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, January 8, 2018. He was 80 years old.

Ray was an accomplished salesman, a talented artist, enjoyed golf and sunshine, a great story-teller and loved good jokes. He will be missed by his children, family and friends.

Ray was preceded in death by wife, Kathy Kyle; Father Ray (Geri) Burns, Mother Charlotte (Milo) Mitchell, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

He is survived by son, Aaron (Maria) Burns, Daughter Karen Burns (Tony); brother Terry (Joanne) Burns; Sister Leda Mitchell; loving relatives and many friends.

Memorial Gathering 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel.
