Thomas A. Roman

Thomas Albert Roman, of St. Anthony, passed away at home on 14 March 2018. He was 75 years old.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Leona. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Marcella "Stella" (Gergen); children: Katrina (Peter) Gerenz, Maria, Michelle, JoAnna (Michael) Roesch, and Laura; two grandchildren; and siblings: Michael (Jan), Marylin (Norman) Betzer, Ruth (Duane) Yoch, Edward (Roseann), Teresa (Kevin) Fristad, and Regina (Doug Graham). 

Tom was born in Chicago, IL on 5 September 1942. After serving in the U.S. Air Force from 1963-67 he earned degrees from South Dakota State University and the University of St. Thomas. He was an engineer at heart and never stopped tinkering. Above all, he was devoted to growing his faith and nurturing his family. 

Visitation 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with Prayer Service at 5:00 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21st at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior in the church atrium. Burial at Gethsemane Cemetery.
