The David and Norris Families, and all the descendants of James D. Norris, announce with humble hearts and steadfast assurance, the passing of our father, brother, uncle, and husband, Nathaniel Togba Norris, Sr., Into The Care of Our Lord, at 9:30PM CMT on Monday, February 8th, 2016 in his 68th year, at the family home in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, USA.

He is survived by his wife: Massa David-Norris, his daughter: Maitta Natalie Norris-Nelson (married to Joel Nelson), and his son's Nathaniel Togba Norris, Jr. (partnered to Dennis Worthy Moore, Jr.), James "Jimmy" Amadou Norris, and Samuel P. Norris.

His surviving siblings are: Hannah Norris-Copper, Charles Norris, Suzanna Norris, Augustine Norris, Samuel Norris and is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, close family friends and colleagues in Liberia, the United States, and Kuwait.

His parent, James D. Norris Sr. and Beatrice Norris; siblings, James D. Norris, Jr., Kaiser Norris, Arthur Norris, Robert Norris, Moses Norris, William Norris; cousins: David Norris and Robert Warner, predeceased him.

Nat will be laid to rest at Mound Cemetery of Brooklyn Center, 3515 69th Ave. N., Brooklyn Center, MN 55430.
